The College was an idea of Mian Zafar Iqbal with the Help of Almighty Allah, the College produced Advocates, Civil Judges, Session Judges and Justices. Amongst the teachers, many of them arose to the post of Distract Session Judges, Judges of High Courts and also Judges of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
